If you are applying for a U.S. visa or green card, Alpha Medical Center is your trusted provider for USCIS-authorized immigration medical exams. Our Designated Civil Surgeon will complete all necessary medical evaluations and documentation required for your Form I-693.

What’s Included:

• Same day appointments available.
• All patients two and above.
• Exam will included a medical exam, required lab testing (turn around time of 5-7 days for results), and vaccine administration if needed.
• Patients are asked to bring a valid passport or valid identification card and their vaccination records to their appointment.
• Patient will have follow up appointment 1 week after their initial appointment to review lab results and get completed I-693 form if all requirements are met.
• If you are unable to read and write proficiently in English, you are required to bring a translator to your appointment to aid you in completing the immigration packet.
